Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers is coming later this month, new cinematic trailer revealed

Ever since their creation, the two biggest giant monsters (pun not intended) in cinema have been King Kong (oops, sorry, just Kong) and Godzilla. Lizard vs gorilla, a battle for the ages, and soon you’ll be able to watch that battle from afar and engage in your own fight for survival with the upcoming release of Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers, come February 25th.

Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers puts you in the shoes of the titular agents of Monarch in their hunt to study and capture the numerous Superspecies inhabiting the Siren Isles. This untamed new ecosystem, where our favourite giant monsters just so happen to be duking it out, is home to familiar creatures from Legendary’s version of the two top kaiju; expect to find (and fight) the Mother Longlegs, Rock Critters and, of course, the Skullcrawlers in vast quantities.

A 4x MMO, Titan Chasers has you creating your own outpost and building a squad of elite Chasers to take on the various dangerous critters inhabiting the Siren Isles. You’ll also be able to forge alliances with other players, gaining their help in taking on the hordes of monsters challenging your mission.

The bigger they are…

Titan Chasers has been a long time coming, which may be for both good and ill. On the one hand, it’s definitely missed out on the surge of interest that Godzilla x Kong has had given its finally releasing many months after the movie, but that could also mean it’s more liable to have steadier interest from its launch rather than a noticeable drop-off.
