The Zombies game mode is infested with countless variants and many players wonder how to beat Abominations efficiently and quickly in Black Ops 6. The Abomination is a three-headed creature seemingly inspired by the hound of hell, Cerberus, and it can be quite a pain to kill around the small town of Liberty Falls.
The Abomination is aggressive and cunning with a handful of ranged and melee attacks that must be avoided at all costs. Like the Amalgam of the Terminus map, the Abomination has weak spots players can exploit and work as a team to make short work of this monstrosity.
The game developers decided to bring back this zombie variant from earlier Call of Duty projects and it is just as terrifying as before. There is no better word to describe the Abomination than a monster with three heads that will kill anything standing in its way.
Despite being a deadly creature, players are just as deadly and can inflict great damage by targeting certain weak spots like the glowing head. The Abomination has three heads and players will spot one stand out since it illuminates, which is an open invitation to unload everything. Fighting this enemy as a group would speed up the process significantly with extra firepower.
Tip
Certain ammunition mods like the Brain Rot Ammo and the Napalm Burst are effective against the Abomination.
This elite enemy is agile but is not as fast as the player which puts it at a disadvantage. The Abomination can charge towards its target and players should be quick on their feet to dodge incoming attacks to position themselves better and deal damage up close. The Abomination can hurt its targets from a distance with a beam of electricity.
The Abomination is a recurring enemy from the Call of Duty franchise and players can find it at Liberty Falls in Black Ops 6. While exploring, players can also find a church holding the Pack-a-Punch machine, that could be useful to use before fighting the Abomination. It will be easier to defeat this elite enemy variant with a group of friends to deliver more damage from different spots.
Body shots can chip away the lengthy health bar; however, this tactic is not feasible and is a waste of ammunition. Players can lure the enemy to an enclosed location and throw a few concussion grenades to stun it, opening a short window for their allies to focus all their firepower on the bright head.
Players must survive up to Round 16 for the Abomination to spawn. Teamwork can make the dream work and it is best not to underestimate this elite enemy and not take chances. Once the Abomination is staggered from concussion grenades, players can equip whatever weapon mod they have and aim for the head.
The Abomination is deadly but so are the players. After killing an Abomination, players can collect a few loot keys to open loot boxes later. It may be difficult to gain enough distance and aim for weak spots, but it is the only way for guaranteed success.
