Pokémon Go will host a special raid day event for Hoopa Unbound soon

Hoopa Unbound is making a return to Pokémon Go in the form of five-star raids for a limited time.  On Saturday, February 15th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, you’ll have more chances to battle this powerful Psychic- and Dark-type. It’s a good chance to add the Pokémon to your lineup while also taking advantage of all the extra raid rewards.

During the event, Hoopa Unbound will appear more frequently in raids, making it easier to encounter and challenge. You can also collect up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, bringing your total for the day to seven. If you prefer to raid remotely, the Remote Raid Pass limit will increase to 20 between February 14th and 15th.

And if you’re looking to maximise your rewards, a $5 event ticket (or local equivalent) unlocks additional bonuses. With the ticket, you’ll receive eight more Raid Passes, allowing for up to 15 total for the day. You’ll also have an increased chance of Rare Candy XL from raid rewards, along with 50% more XP and double Stardust from raids.

These bonuses are only available during the event hours, and the ticket can be purchased in the shop until 4:00 pm local time on February 15th. You also have the option to gift a ticket to friends at Great Friends level or higher. And for some more freebies, you can redeem these Pokémon Go codes!
